Return and Refund Policy

At Benaze Pharma, customer satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains the circumstances under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Since our products are health and wellness supplements intended for consumption, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with results once the product has been opened or used. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is physically damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective (e.g., manufacturing defect, broken seal on arrival).
  • You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered).
  • The product is missing parts or accessories that were listed at the time of purchase.

2. Return Window

You must report any issue with your order within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund. To raise a request, please contact us with your order number and supporting photos/video of the issue within this window.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return under the circumstances listed above:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with the seal intact (applicable for wrong-item or damaged-on-arrival claims).
  • The original invoice or order confirmation must be available.
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item must be shared with our support team at the time of raising the request.

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
  • If the issue is verified to be a result of our error (wrong item, damaged or defective product), the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by Benaze Pharma.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to process returns, replacements, or refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or consumed.
  • The request is raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damage or defect is a result of misuse, improper storage, or mishandling by the customer after delivery.
  • Change of mind, incorrect selection of product/quantity by the customer, or dissatisfaction with results, since results vary by individual and product is for consumption.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge only if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard Return and Refund Policy above will apply upon delivery.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
